Guidelines: Staffing the Transformed Organizations

Description
- The guidelines provide a high-level framework to aid the
leadership involved in the Business Transformation (BTP) and
Information Technology Transformation (ITTP) Programs in their
planning for the movement of staff. As well, the guidelines
promote open and consistent communication about the critical
issues associated with staffing the new organizations.
These
final guidelines were approved by the Executive Budget Committee
(EBC) on 11/19/04, after comments were collected from the
campus community.
