Focus Group Meetings - Fall 2007

The 2006-07 performance appraisals are now complete. Focus Group meetings have been scheduled to gather feedback from managers and supervisors on the performance appraisal forms introduced to the campus in May of 2007. Feedback is essential to the refinement of this tool to most effectively meet the needs of supervisors across campus.

Focus Group Schedule:

• October 26: 10:00am-11:00am, Mc Henry Library Room 325
• November 2: 3:30pm-4:30pm, SHR Training Room, 2901 Mission St. Ext.
• November 8: 8:30am-9:30am, Mc Henry Library Room 325
• November 8: 3:30pm-4:30pm, Social Sciences II Room 261

Feedback Needed Regarding the Performance Appraisal Forms:

• What worked and why it worked?
• What did not work and why it did not work?
• What recommendations do you have for improving the forms?

Campus managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend these focus groups. If you can not attend a focus group meeting and want to provide feedback, please send your comments to Cecile Morris, Project Lead, cecile@ucsc.edu.
