Annual Call for Performance Appraisals - 2006/2007
Performance appraisals are required annually for all career employees and are an essential component of a succesful performance management program.
New performance appraisal forms have been introduced to the campus community in an effort to move towards a comprehensive and standardized program of performance managagement. There are four form options available for use, along with a self-appraisal form for the annual review and the probationary evaluation cycles.
It is important for Managers and Supervisors to consult with their Division to ensure they are using the form(s) recommended by that Division for the 2006-07 staff evaluation cycle (i.e., July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007).
