Please note: The START Program has ended as of December 31st, 2011.

The START program, which has allowed eligible staff to voluntarily reduce their working hours in exchange for a corresponding pay reduction and various advantages, has officially ended as of December 31, 2010.

Although the START program has ended, employees may request to voluntarily reduce their time dependent upon the appropriate departmental approvals and policy or contract provisions.
