The Regental Office of Ethics, Compliance and Audit Services (ECAS) has developed mandatory compliance training that reinforces the University of California Statement of Ethical Values and Standards of Ethical Conduct (http://www.ucop.edu/ucophome/coordrev/policy/Stmt_Stds_Ethics.pdf) approved by the Board of Regents in May 2005.

Each University employee will be automatically registered to complete one of the following Compliance Briefings:

• UC Ethical Values and Conduct, and Conflict of Interest for Researchers Compliance Briefing: Expected rollout - November 2009
• UC Ethical Values and Conduct Compliance Briefing: Expected rollout - January 2010
