Our campus has a broad array of practices and procedures for implementing staff personnel policies and collective bargaining agreements (union contracts). The Staff HR Procedures Manual is designed to document those practices and procedures and to identify authority for effecting personnel actions. The Staff HR Procedures Manual is intended to be a current and practical administrative guide for campus users. It supplements, but does not replace system wide policy manuals or specific collective bargaining agreements.

The menu bar at the left provides three ways to locate information in the Staff HR Procedures Manual.

• The SHR Procedures by Topic menu contains links to procedures grouped by topic. Many procedures will be listed under more than one topic.
• The SHR Procedures Manual menu contains links to procedures grouped by the traditional SHR Procedures Manual section headings.
• Use the Search Field and "go" button located at the top left of the page to perform a text search across the Staff HR Procedures Manual. This search is limited to information contained in the Staff HR Procedures Manual.  New!
