Recruitment Specialist Procedure

1. Job Offer

  1. Review job offer details for compliance with dual employment policy. If an issue needs to be resolved, return the job offer to the HR Service Team Representative (HRSTR) for resolution. See Criteria.

  2. Proceed with job offer:

    • See Recruitment if dual employment action is the result of a recruitment.
    • See Non-Recruitment if dual employment action is the result of a non-recruitment.
    • See Waiver of Recruitment if dual employment action is the result of a waiver.
