Procedure Overview
When an employee resigns in order to accept another position within the same UC campus, without a break in service, it is considered to be an interdivision transfer. This procedure ensures the employee’s original appointment is ended, paid according to percent time worked, and ensures that leave accrual balances are transferred to the appropriate Service Team Timekeeper.
