1. Review
- Provide consultation to the Disability Management Coordinator and the HR Service Team Representative on medical separation if the employee responds to the Notice of Intent to Medically Separate.
- Make the final determination regarding appropriateness of medical separation.
- Recommend an alternative course of action, if medical separation is not approved.
