1. Review

  1. Provide consultation to the Disability Management Coordinator and the HR Service Team Representative on medical separation if the employee responds to the Notice of Intent to Medically Separate.

  2. Make the final determination regarding appropriateness of medical separation.

    1. Recommend an alternative course of action, if medical separation is not approved.
