|
1. Review
- Review reasonable accommodation recommendations of the Disability Management Coordinator in cases where the supervisor declines to implement the recommendations on his/her opinion that they are unreasonable, ineffective or constitute an undue hardship.
- Make the final determination of whether a recommended accommodation is reasonable, in consultation with the supervisor, Disability Management Coordinator, and representatives from other campus units as appropriate.
- If the recommended accommodation is determined to be reasonable, direct the accommodation to be implemented.
- If the recommended accommodation is determined to be unreasonable, recommend an alternative course of action.
