1. Profile
Each Recruitment Management System (RMS) account/password is associated with a User Type, which defines the user's role and permissions within the system.
Classification Analyst (CA)
- Member of the central Staff HR Unit.
- Assist with the development of job descriptions.
- Review and classify recruitment requests.
- Successful completion of RMS training required.
- Successful completion of Fair Hiring Workshop strongly recommended.
