Each Recruitment Management System (RMS) account/password is associated with a User Type, which defines the user's role and permissions within the system.

Guest User (GU)

• Member of a search committee.
• Uses a recruitment specific “user name” and “password” to access applicant materials associated with a unique recruitment.
• Able to view applicant materials and other pertinent recruitment data. No edit rights.
• Successful completion of Fair Hiring Workshop required for Committee Chair.
