1. Profile
Each Recruitment Management System (RMS) account/password is associated with a User Type, which defines the user's role and permissions within the system.
System Administrator (SA)
- Member of the central Employment Office.
- Full viewing rights and edit permissions.
- Design and deliver RMS user training.
- Review and approve requests for User Accounts.
- Manage user account set-up and maintenance.
- Field inquires from end-users; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Liaison with vendor to implement configuration changes and system upgrades, as appropriate.
- Communicate system and process enhancements to internal and external users.
