1. Notification

  1. Receive Notice of Intent to Terminate from your supervisor.

  2. Respond within 8 calendar days from the date of issuance of the notice to the person who issued the notice.

  3. Receive Notice of Action indicating that termination will proceed. At least 15 calendar days notice is required. The 15 calendar days notice shall be counted from the date of issuance of the Notice of Intent to Terminate.
