What is the "Classification Package"?

This package, once approved by all appropriate departmental control points, is submitted to SHR Compensation for review. The package should include:

Employee Action Request (EAR) Form revised 8/2011
Revised Job Description (Refer to the Guide for Writing Job Descriptionsand use the updated Job Description Template)
Copy of the old Job Description
Organizational Chart
Classification Review Questionnaire revised 3/2008
Job Description Addendum if the position is Supervisory, Managerial, or Confidential
