Staff (PSS) and Managers & Senior Professionals (MSP)
The University employs many staff members who are not represented
by a collective bargaining agreement in titles such as Student
Affairs Officer, Analyst, Engineer, Buyer, Manager, Supervisor, and undergraduate
student employee. These employees are grouped into two programs;
Professional and Support Services (PSS), and Management and Senior Professionals
(MSP). The Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) govern the employment
of employees in these two non-represented staff programs.

View information about salary, FLSA exemption status, any applicable
shift differential or on-call rates for a particular title in
the unit, as well as implementation instructions as appropriate.
