the Labor Relations Office
The Labor Relations Office represents and advises management in matters regarding
staff and academic employee relations and performance management. The office
represents the campus in system wide and local bargaining, and serves as a
liaison between the campus and the unions. Other responsibilities include:
- Grievance processing and advocacy;
- Discipline & dismissal;
- Contract interpretation.
