the Labor Relations Office
The Employee & Labor Relations Office represents staff and management in matters regarding
employee and labor relations. The office
represents the campus in system wide and local bargaining, and serves as a
liaison between the campus and the unions. Other responsibilities include:
- Contract interpretation and administration

- Grievance processing and advocacy (represented and non-represented staff)
