After You Apply
Confirmation and Reviewing Your Status
At the end of the on-line application process
you will receive a confirmation number. Retain this information
for future use. You may check the status of your application
at any time by logging into the system with your user name and
password. From the left navigation bar choose “Application Status”.
There you can view your application materials, your status within
each recruitment, etc.

Screening and Interviews
Screening of application materials, selection of interviewees
and interviews are conducted by the hiring manager and/or
search committee. The time it takes a hiring unit to select
interviewees can vary widely from recruitment to recruitment. In
general, the hiring unit will contact you 4-6 weeks after the initial
review date if selected for interview.
