Certified Hiring Manager Training
The Recruitment Management System (RMS) is a web-based tool used to facilitate the recruiting and hiring of staff positions via Recruitment.
A Certified Hiring Manager (CHM) interacts directly with RMS to:
- Create and submit recruitment requests to their HR Service Team Representative (HRSTR).
- Access recruitments and view applicant materials.
- Status applicants as they move through the recruitment process.
- Create and submit job offer requests to their HRSTR.
Required trainings must be completed prior to obtaining access to RMS.

Intended For: Hiring Managers with responsibility for filling staff positions or an individual responsible for providing administrative support to one or more hiring managers within a unit or division.
Enrollment: Contact Employment Assistant at 459-2009 to enroll in a currently scheduled training. Space is limited so enroll early.
