Conflict Management Skills for Supervisors: May 4th, 3:30-5:00 pm, 212 Kerr Hall
For many of us, being a supervisor means at some point, being faced with conflict between employees. This session will outline practical strategies and tools for intervening early in the process and moving the situation in a positive direction - without getting in over your head! Open to all Managers and Supervisors.

Understanding, Preventing, and De-escalating Conflict: May 21, 3:30-5:00pm, T&D Training Room
Conflict is an inevitable part of organizational life in the best of circumstances. When change and uncertainty are added to the mix, conflict can flare - taking its toll on individuals and working relationships. This session will focus on tools for understanding, preventing, and de-escalating workplace conflict.
