New Employee Orientation (NEO)

This orientation program welcomes new employees and assists them in getting acquainted with UCSC campus services and departments.
Offered bi-monthly, orientation topics include:

• The organizational mission
• Goals and structure of UCSC
• Campus resources and interest groups
• "Soft" and little-known benefits
• UC Staff educational opportunities including Training & Development Programs and Services

There will be presentations by representatives from a number of campus units to familiarize you with their services. An information packet is provided, along with brochures, catalogs, and other items of interest from around UCSC.
