Creating Online Demos Using Adobe Captivate

This one day class will introduce you to the tools necessary to create a short demonstration movie using Adobe’s (formerly Macromedia's) elearning software. The morning will be devoted to planning, recording, editing, saving and publishing a Captivate movie. The afternoon will be devoted to creating a Captivate project of your own. You will want to come to class with a project in mind that would be a topic for a 3-5 minute demonstration of a process you need to communicate or educate.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent experience; graphics experience and skills in object-oriented software are helpful.
