the Employee and Labor Relations Manager (ELR Manager) serves as the primary resource for employee and labor relations, overseeing delivery of service to the campus in four primary service areas: 1) Policy and collective bargaining agreement interpretation and advising; 2) Performance management and discipline; 3) Dispute resolution and negotiation; and 4) Organization planning and management development and supervisor training. The ELR Manager establishes the goals and objectives for these areas and ensures that operational activities are consistent with these goals.
