Summer 2019 Management Development Program Starts 7/10

The Management Development Program (MDP) is a dynamic systemwide training program designed to enhance and strengthen your leadership capabilities in the UC Core Competencies and ensure you have the skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively lead, engage, and develop your team.

The program consists of completing three modules focused around the UC Core Competencies of people management, employee engagement, and change management. MDP consists of four modules of content: Manager Redefined, The Engagement Equation, Exercising Influence, and Change Management.

It is recommended, but not necessary, to take all four classes in the series. MDP is designed for mid-level managers but is open to anyone who aspires to manage people.
