Dear Managers, Supervisors, and ePerformance Divisional Administrators

Welcome to fall quarter! As we wrap up the 2021-22 annual performance evaluation season we write to inform you that the 2022-23 annual performance evaluations have been created. For employees currently in a probationary period, annual evaluations will be created for them in January 2023.

In preparation of the upcoming evaluation season, training sessions will be offered to more fully familiarize employees, supervisors, and managers to the full ePerformance evaluation cycle process. To enroll in the upcoming ePerformance training offered by Employee and Labor Relations, we encourage you to register now to reserve your spot.

ePerformance Evaluation Part 1: Defining Criteria training will be offered for managers/supervisors to provide helpful tips and hands on guidance with defining effective and concise job functions and goals with their employees.

ePerformance Full ePerformance Tool Navigation: is focused on tool navigation only for new managers and supervisors or those who want a full review of the ePerformance tool and is being offered on a limited basis.**Please note that the Tool Navigation training is a prerequisite for all ePerformance Administrators.

ePerformance Evaluation Part 2: Completing the Manager Evaluation training will be offered in spring 2023 and will focus on the performance ratings and writing the narrative of the performance evaluation. More information on the Completing the Manager Evaluation training will be provided at a later date.

ePerformance Divisional Administrative Functions Training:

ePerformance “Administrator” training is available for units who wish to designate an administrator within their respective department/unit and is required for all new divisional administrators to gain access to perform administrative functions.

This training session will provide an overview of the ePerformance module in UCPath, the business process around annual and probationary performance evaluations such as how to create reopen, cancel, transfer, extend due dates for annual performance evaluations for employees in your department or division, and other administrator functions.

Administrators who have served this role in the past are welcome to attend for a refresher.

This zoom training is required for all divisional ePerformance administrators after attending the Tool Navigation training. Once you have completed your training, you will be granted access to the UCPath ePerformance module.
