Topic- Divisional Approver

Profile

Each Recruitment Management System (RMS) account is associated with a user type, which defines the user's role and permissions within the system.

Divisional Approver (DA)

  • Approves all recruitment actions:

    • Financial Approval

    • Organizational/Strategic Approval

  • Approves job offer exceptions, when necessary:

    • Offers at above the minimum salary.

    • Moving Expenses, etc.

  • Each Division should have at least one primary and one back-up DA.

  • DA’s duties are assigned by the appropriate Principal Officer or their designate.

  • RMS Account Application Form is required before access to the Recruitment Management System (RMS) will be granted.
