Each Recruitment Management System (RMS) account is associated with a user type, which defines the user's role and permissions within the system.
System Administrator (SA)

Member of the central Employment Office.

Full viewing rights and edit permissions.

Design and deliver RMS user training.

Review and approve requests for User Accounts.

Manage user account set-up and maintenance.

Field inquiries from end-users; troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Liaison with vendor to implement configuration changes and system upgrades, as appropriate.

Communicate system and process enhancements to internal and external users.
