New Employee Onboarding

New and rehired employees must participate in an Onboarding meeting on or before the first day of work to complete required employment & payroll paperwork. The date an employee is scheduled to attend an Onboarding meeting will be determined at the time they accept a job offer.

Onboarding meetings last approximately one hour. Employees attending an Onboarding meeting will be asked to provide proof of right to work in the United States. Please see the List of Acceptable Documents that may be used as proof of right to work.

Note: The Staff HR Talent Acquisition Office will normally offer two Onboarding meetings weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Only one Onboarding session will be offered during a holiday week. Onboarding sessions are not offered during annual winter campus curtailment.
