Safety Plan
Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining a safe workplace by setting clear expectations, providing proper training, and fostering a culture of safety. A well-prepared safety plan is essential to protecting yourself and those around you. Having clear procedures in place helps prevent accidents, ensures a swift response to emergencies, and promotes a culture of awareness and preparedness.
By staying proactive, addressing hazards promptly, and encouraging open communication, supervisors help ensure employees feel supported and confident in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
