UC Santa Cruz Career Coaching

Learning & Development is pleased to partner with Debbie Melnikoff, Certified Career coach and founder of Third Wave Career Coaching, to provide confidential, robust and targeted career development support for UC Santa Cruz employees. It is available to all UC Santa Cruz staff who are past probation. Coaching is also available via Zoom.

The Career Coaching program is built around the new My UC Career tool, available to all UC employees. Six self-paced modules help employees discover their internal UC career mobility options, highlight accomplishments and identify how they can achieve their career goals within the UC and UC Santa Cruz.

Managing Your Career at UC Santa Cruz Workshop

• This workshop introduces employees to the ‘My UC Career Portal’ and the benefits of working with a career coach.
• Topics will include: The importance of managing one’s own career in today’s marketplace; tools and resources available at UC Santa Cruz (online portal and career coaching) for employees to manage their careers.
