Staff Work Authorization

For UCSC employees whose U.S. Work Authorization is going to expire, UCSC, in compliance with law, requires a re-verification of your authorization to work in the U.S. This process is explained on the Re-Verification of Employment Authorization for Current UCSC Employees website.

Tracker I-9

Tracker I-9 is an online portal used throughout the UC system to manage compliance of the Federal I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification forms. This is a process that is required of all new and returning employees to verify their identity and authorization to work in the U.S. This portal helps process all I-9 forms digitally, removing the need for paper forms. Tracker aids in the renewals and reverifications of I-9 forms over time. For more details, visit Tracker I-9 @ UC Santa Cruz.
