Corrective action/Discipline is intended to improve and/or correct the conduct or performance of career staff employees.

III. Authority
A supervisor may issue corrective action/discipline after consultation with their Employee Relations (ER) Analyst.
IV. Criteria
Corrective action/discipline may be issued to career employees for misconduct or unsatisfactory performance. Types of corrective actions/discipline include, but are not limited to, written warnings, corrective salary decreases, demotions, and suspensions without pay.
