Juneteenth: A Day to Celebrate Creativity, Community and Resilience

The UC Santa Cruz Juneteenth Organizing Committee, Staff Human Resources, and its campus partners invite you to the third annual Juneteenth commemoration: “Celebrating Creativity, Community and Resilience.” This year’s event will feature a cross-section of voices from the UC Santa Cruz community reflecting on the historical and contemporary significance of Juneteenth, collective hope for the future as well as an invitation to action. Finally, we will celebrate the creativity and resilience of the Black Diaspora through a live guest performance.
