As we come closer to the close of the 2022 annual performance cycle, Staff Human Resources, and Employee and Labor Relations would like to remind you of the various ePerformance resources available to you, and to introduce a new resource to help you through the ePerformance process.
ePerformance Resources
- The ePerformance Navigation Guide shows you the path you need to take to get to various ePerformance pages in UCPath.
- The ePerformance FAQ contains many answers to common questions about the ePerformance process, organized by your role in the evaluation (employee, supervisor, participant, approver, and administrator).
- If you attended one of our ePerformance training sessions, but would like to remind yourself of some of the details, you can view the full presentations here:
- We’re also very happy to announce two new pages, providing detailed step-by-step instructions on how to complete both probationary and annual performance evaluations:
- Sign up for a class
Employee Relations offers instructor led courses on ePerformance. You can register for the first course, ‘ePerformance Part 1: Defining Criteria and Goal Setting’ through the UC Learning Center.
