Performance Management

  • Identify strengths and determine what knowledge, skills, abilities and assignments will complement or enhance objectives
  • Identify areas where employee needs to grow and improve to achieve competencies related to job
  • Hold regular meetings to review performance expectations and goal achievement
  • Schedule and hold mid-point Probationary performance appraisal meeting
    • If your new employee needs to be extended or released, contact your Employee Relations Analyst at least 2 weeks before the probationary end date.
