Re-Verification of Employment Authorization for Current UCSC Employees

If you are a UCSC employee who submitted proof of your eligibility to work in the U.S., and if that work authorization is going to expire, generally UCSC must re-verify your authorization to work in the U.S. In this process, an employee must present a document that shows current employment authorization.

UCSC must re-verify an employee’s employment authorization no later than the date the employment authorization expires.

If you are a staff employee and you have questions relating to the re-verification of your authorization to work in the U.S., contact the Employment Re-verification Help Desk in Staff Human Resources by sending an email to emprever@ucsc.edu.

If you are in an academic position and you have questions about re-verification of your employment authorization, contact the Academic Personnel Office by emailing apo@ucsc.edu.

If you are a student in a non-academic job and you have questions about re-verification of your employment authorization, contact Career Success by emailing studentemployment@ucsc.edu.
