This Fair Hiring guide is a reference tool for hiring managers (HM), committee chairs and others involved in conducting a staff recruitment. All Search Committee members should review these guidelines prior to recruitment activity. HMs and Search Committee Chairs must complete the Fair Hiring training before conducting a recruitment and must renew their training every three years.
