Ranch View Terrace Phase II Employee Housing Interest Survey
Dear Faculty/Staff,
As part of campus efforts to provide more housing for faculty and staff, UC Santa Cruz is developing Ranch View Terrace Phase II. The project is envisioned as a multifamily rental project with a mix of unit types offered at below market rates.
We are requesting your participation in a brief survey to gauge your interest in this proposed project. The survey is focused on the housing needs of UCSC faculty and staff and will be beneficial as we continue to look at ways to address campus housing overall. The survey is being administered by JLL, an organization working with UC Santa Cruz to support this project.
Your participation in taking this five-minute survey will help us better understand employee housing needs and interests to help inform the planning of this and future projects. Your survey responses will be confidential, and no individual responses will be identified.
