Recall Period

• < 5 years of seniority = 1 year
• ≥5 years of seniority = 2 years

Termination of Recall Rights

The right to recall terminates:

1. If an employee fails or refuses within ten calendar days to respond affirmatively to University inquiries concerning the employee's desire to return to work. The ten-calendar day response period shall begin immediately upon personal notice or ten calendar days from the date written notice is postmarked.
2. If the employee refuses a recall to work

4. Once the end of the period of eligibility is reached.
