For step-by-step instructions for each of these steps, please click the blue links below:

  1. Go to https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu
  2. Log in with your CruzID and Gold password.
  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Create Documents
  4. If you have an existing Run Control ID, enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button. In the search results, select the desired Run Control ID
  5. If you do not have an existing Run Control ID, click on the ‘Add a New Value’ tab, and enter a new Run Control ID and click the yellow ‘Add’ button
  6. Please Note: Run Control IDs cannot contain spaces or special characters
  7. Enter a ‘Period Begin Date’
  8. Enter a ‘Period End Date’
  9. In the ‘Document Type’ field, select ‘SCCMP Annual Performance Docs’
  10. Click the magnifying glass next to the ‘Template ID’ and select the appropriate template based on whether the employee is policy covered or union represented 
  11. Choose the desired approval method associated with that policy or union coverage
  12. In the ‘Manager Selection Method’ field, select ‘By Reports to Position’
  13. Select the ‘Employee ID’ radio button
  14. Enter the employee’s Employee ID
  15. Click the yellow ‘Run’ button in the top right corner
  16. Click the yellow ‘Ok’ button in the bottom left corner
  17. Give the system approximately 1-2 minutes to create the evaluation. If you go step r prematurely, you may get a false negative
  18. To verify that the creation of the evaluation was successful, select PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > View Document Creation Results
  19. If the creation was successful, you will see “Document Created Successfully” under the status section to the right of the employee’s name
  20. If this page does not display “Document Created Successfully”, contact your Employee Relations Analyst

  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Change Document Date
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to update and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  6. Enter the ‘New Period Begin Date’ and ‘New Period End Date’
  7. Click the yellow ‘Save’ button.

  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > View Documents
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on the evaluation you would like to update
  6. Click the ‘Change Due Date’ link net to the calendar icon
  7. Enter the new ‘Due Date’ and click the yellow ‘Ok’ button

  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Transfer Document
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to update and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  6. Click the ‘Select a Manager’ hyperlink
  7. Enter search criteria for the new manager and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  8. If there are multiple ambiguous search results, click the blue ‘i’ icon to the right of each name to see additional details about that manager
  9. Click the yellow ‘Save’ button

  2. Log in with your CruzID and Gold password.
  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Reopen Document
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to reopen and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  6. Click the yellow ‘Save’ button

  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Cancel Document
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to update and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  6. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to cancel and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  7. Click the yellow ‘Save’ button

  3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Menu (or Main Menu) > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Delete Document
  4. Enter search criteria and click the yellow ‘Search’ button
  5. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to update and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  6. Click on checkbox next to the evaluation(s) you would like to delete and click the yellow ‘Continue’ button
  7. Click the yellow ‘Save’ button
