Turnaround Times

The following turnaround times are contingent upon all materials submitted to the Talent Acquisition Office with complete and accurate information. Job opening requests and job offer requests are submitted to Talent Acquisition (TA) via the Job Opening Request form. Work will be processed in the order in which it was received. Materials received after 3pm will be counted in the next business day.

Published turnaround times may require adjustment to accommodate unexpected increases in work volume and/or reduction in resources.

Submit final advertising campaign to JobElephant

Routing initial batch of applications via the Recruitment Document Suite

Within 2 business days after Initial Review Date (IRD), except in cases when a Preferential Rehire is under consideration

Routing subsequent batch of applications via the Recruitment Document Suite

Within 2 business days of receiving email request via hiring@ucsc.edu

Remove filled job openings from TAM candidate gateway(s)

Within 5 business days after last job offer has been accepted

Remove withdrawn job openings from web upon receipt of email request
